Bryant covers the gasket but not the labor and diagnosis charge which is a bit disheartening since the furnace is only 2 years old. Nevertheless, the service was outstanding as it has always been with your company.”

When it’s -8° out, you don’t want to wake up to no heat. Joel and his team were prompt at returning my phone call and getting out to see us. They were able to get the part installed and get us back on track! I love the customer service they have and their genuine care for their clients. We had First Call install a Trane furnace about six years ago and it has been a great experience. Just had them install a high end A.O. Smith water heater today and they did another great job! Nice install. All the seals on the pipes look nice and clean. New ball valves. They cleaned up well. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of my home. Nice guys to talk to and they did great work. I’m very happy and would definitely hire them again.

First Call replaced my old furnace with a new, high efficiency model, and they also repaired a minor (nuisance) gas leak coming from old no longer used gas pipes. First Call worked with my schedule to give me a free estimate on all my options-both repair and replacement. Brian even gave me a mini “furnace 101” overview so I could understand the basics of how a natural gas furnace works. I was given multiple options and recommendations for both repair and replacement. I ended up choosing a 95% efficient Trane single-stage furnace. I could not be more pleased with the installation. Installers arrived on time, were courteous, neat and efficient. They were in and out in less than 6 hours! I am very happy with the work First Call did and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and fair prices.
