    We've used First Call for years. They have always been great when we need service. Recently they installed an Aprilaire unit on our furnace. We received a quote quickly and the unit was installed shortly thereafter. The technician was great. Highly recommend!

    At 11 pm the night before we sold our house we switched out our ecobee thermostat for our old traditional one. Then our heat stopped working and the house got cold quick. I texted the first call heating and immediately got a response from Joel who walked us through step by step how to fix the issue. We got our heat on and he didn’t even charge for the hour of time he spent looking at our photos and walking us through everything. He was a total lifesaver and we would highly recommend!!

    Our furnace went out Wednesday morning. We called First Call and Tyler arrived before 11 am. He was very thorough and worked to find the real cause of the problem rather than just trying new parts. He determined it was our gas valve, verified that with the Technical group from the manufacturer and then tested the system with a universal valve. Unfortunately, the valve worked but wouldn't fit in our unit. Tyler set us up with space heaters to keep the house warm and arrived later in the day to install the unit. All fixed and ready for the Holidays! Get job and pretty good pricing for emergency service.

    Heat wasn't working. Called the emergency line at 630pm, left a message. They called back at 642pm said tech would be here between 7 and 8. Tech got here right at 7! The service was great. I would recommend using them and will in the future.

    A few years back on a freezing January 2am, my furnace quit working. First call was the only company that answered their phone, and a service tech was at my house within an hour, and had it fixed and running again within 30 minutes of arriving. I then used them for tune-ups each spring and fall. Today, at 7 am, my furnace was not working, so I called them. A technician was here within an hour of my phone call, diagnosed the motor was blown and had to order the part. By 2 pm, another tech was her, installed the part, and the furnace is back to work.
