Found furnace struggling to light main valve via ignition control, cleaned flame sensor and tested. Also found weak ground for ignition control - loose wire. Reconnected ground and started furnace. Fan does not kick in and furnace shuts down on limit. Fan gets power from k3 relay via main PCB board. Relay is bad. Board would neeed to be replaced. Fan is jumped at terminal board for 24/7 fan to get customer heat for now. Furnace is from 1993. Customer elected to get a quote to replace vs replacing board.
