Guys did an awesome job to check through and explain everything.
Had a great experience. They were able to work me in same day.
Everyone from the estimator to the installer did an outstanding job.
Seemed very knowledgeable and showed me how the filter on humidifier on furnace was installed. I apparently had it upside down all this time
The service technician was awesome. Explained what she was doing and showed me how to change the filter. Also very pleasant. She seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would be happy to have her again.
The technician and service was great from start to finish, as well as the lady who scheduled my appointment when I called this morning. Would highly recommend!
Mack was friendly and informative.
Very informative and polite
Our whole house dehumidifier decided to break itself, thankfully within the 5 year warranty. I called first call and they came out that same day. They did charge me $94 for a service call which really upset me since it wasn’t being serviced, it was being checked for not working correctly. And the lady at the office didn’t tell me that either, very annoyed about that since the unit was under warranty. 2 weeks later we have a new unit. Hopefully this one lasts longer. The technician was fantastic. Very happy with him. So polite. Very kind. 👍🏻
Great service and proficiency both in the office and out in the field. As good as any company I've ever worked with.
Steve was very courteous and professional

Just performed a service on a trane high efficient furnace
Replaced thermostat under warranty.
Fixed humidifier leak issue. The humidifier water tube was not secure correctly on the solenoid causing it to leak water. Both humidifier for the 1st and 2nd floor were wired incorrectly. Re-wired humidifier. Home owner has 2 humidifiers that are fully operational.
Upon arrival customer stated the furnace had stopped working this morning. Tried to cycle furnace, unit was not coming on. Checked voltage from R to ground and found 0V. Found 5amp fuse to be blown. Replaced fuse and cycled furnace. Checked filters in furnace and found them to be very dirty, very little light coming through. Informed customer the possible reason the fuse popped could have been the furnace overheating due to the filters being so plugged. Pulled filters out, customer will replace them today. Checked to ensure all dampers are opening correctly. All 3 zones are working correctly. Customer also mentioned he didn’t know if the humidifier was set correctly. Checked the pad, good, opened the damper for winter, turned dial on controller to 4, and cycled humidifier. Humidifier is now working correctly.

Upon arrival I set thermostat to call for heat. I noticed that the inducer motor was running continuously, So I checked to make sure it was pulling enough vacuum( 4.43in w.c. ) I also checked the pressure switch and that is opening and closing correctly. I cleaned out the condensation trap to assure there was no blockage. I cycled the furnace and it was still shutting down prematurely. I removed the intake from the system and the furnace would run correctly. So that lead me to believe that there was a clog in the fresh air intake. Come to find out there was a plastic bag clogging the fresh air intake. Cycled the furnace numerous times to assure it is operating correctly. Home owner has heat with no current issues.
Arrived to find a no heat call. Cleaned flame sensor and cycled heat by means of the thermostat. Found the PVC intakes had fallen down and very poorly installed. Drained the inducer which was full of water and recommended that client use First Call to rectify the PVC exhaust and intake pipes as soon as possible to prevent further calls of no heat! Happy client!
Arrived to a Trane furnace having no heat issues. Error code said vacuum switch is open on first stage heating. Cleaned condensate trap and all associated drain lines. Cycled the heat from the thermostat 3 times to find the heat has been restored in both first and second stage heat. Client was relieved!
