We had First Call install a Trane furnace about six years ago and it has been a great experience. Just had them install a high end A.O. Smith water heater today and they did another great job! Nice install. All the seals on the pipes look nice and clean. New ball valves. They cleaned up well. The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of my home. Nice guys to talk to and they did great work. I’m very happy and would definitely hire them again.

The process from start to finish was great. Lauren is very knowledge and helpful with answering my questions. The crew who installed the furnace (Ben and Daniel) were professional, fun and answered any additional questions I had. What impressed me as well is it was stated that their boss is a great guy and treats them well. That is so good to hear the employees are valued!
