“What a wonderful experience!! Kent came out to assess what was wrong with our water heater. It needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule a next day replacement. Noel and another team member came and replaced our water heater. Both appointments started on the earlier side of our service window. Both appointments were respectful of our time and home. They were friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very happy with the speed, service and quality from both appointments.”

“Had some water under condensation fan. It was a known Bryant furnace issue and Kent knew right away what the issue was. Bryant covers the gasket but not the labor and diagnosis charge which is a bit disheartening since the furnace is only 2 years old. Nevertheless, the service was outstanding as it has always been with your company.”
