We want to introduce to you our new Customer Portal! You can now renew your maintenance agreements, request service, and view/pay your past invoices—all at your fingertips!

How to set up your account:
- Click “Request an Invitation”
- Enter your email (same as the one you initially provided) – Click Submit
- Go to your email – Click on the “Click Here to Get Started” option
- Click “Continue”
- Create your Password
- Confirm your Password – “Agree and Submit”
Setting up payment through the Portal:
- Click on “Saved Credit Cards” at the top of the screen
- Click “Add Card”
- Enter Credit/Debit Card information
- Check the box for “Primary Card” and then click “Save”
- In “Saved Credit Cards” – click “Set as Primary” on the right side of the screen
Once signed up, you can review all past services and invoices, update your credit card information, check your membership status, and even request future services.
