They guys were quick and thorough putting the new unit in. I appreciated their patience when a representative of the HOA questioned the installation. Overall very happy with the unit and price.

I agree: Alex was very professional, and knowledgeable. I also might add he has a bit of a salesman in him. We will be evaluating a maintenance contract with Fist Call.

When I had my annual checkup of my air conditioner, the technician determined my thermostat had to be replaced. First Call quickly scheduled this service and assured me it was completely covered by my warranty. Alex, the technician, came right on time and installed the new thermostat.
