Got our maintenance scheduled quickly. Serviceman showed up early to appt. and my husband was not home yet - and I was working for my job. Once my husband got home it was ok but I was lucky to not be on the phone when the doorbell rang or I would not have been able to answer it. We have never paid this much for a routine preventative maintenance call - very expensive. The Technician was very nice and knew what he was doing.
