Andrew and the team arrived on time and efficiently went to work installing a fantastic, an amazing high performance Bryant Hybrid HVAC system. The install took approximately 8 hours and Andrew stayed, walking me through the Bryant's Evolution Connex smart thermostat. While I anticipated there might a glitch or two with the new system, nothing occurred. It's working just as Joel said; the system is super quiet, home temperature is set at 68 degrees and it feels quite comfortably warm. When the temperature outside is 32 degrees and above the heat pump kicks in and eliminates the need for the fossil fuel gas furnace. This whole experience was as perfect as it comes. Out of interviewing 8 other HVAC companies, First Call had the best price and clearly the best technicians. I am so happy I chose the team at First Call!

The tech was great and did a thorough check up. I lowered the convenience because for both the spring and fall check up I had to call to get scheduled. I would think I should be contacted. I also didn't rate the cost as average because it costs about $90 for each piece. I see flyers all the time for $75.
