I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the service call. From the initial contact person's professionalism to the service tech's time estimates. Matt stayed in contact with me, and he did exactly what he said he was going to do, and showed up when he said he was going to. Also the price was very reasonable. I have 6 other rental properties, and I will now use First Call for all my HVAC needs. Thank you for a great service call! Jay Menarek
Great service!!
No matter how you measure it, the work performed today at my lake home sets a new standard for service. Excellent diagnosis and a quickly installed solution, all at a reasonable cost. Am pleased with all aspects of the repair work, and would recommend this company without hesitation.
Upon arrival made call for heat and went downstairs. Found control board light was off. 120VAC at transformer that steps down to 24VAC is good. From transformer to board, there is 24VAC as well. 120VAC from switch to board is present. No 24VAC at R or anywhere on board besides molex from transformer. Suspect old water damage and dust may have cause this problem.
