We needed an entirely new furnace and AC system. Others came out and quoted repairs for a boiler plus in room units for AC. First Call came out, and priced us at an entirely new high efficiency system (including all new expertly installed ductwork). This price came back at HALF what the two other companies wanted for a repaired boiler and two in-wall AC units. I needed the work done the next week (old farm house whole home renovation, dry wallers were coming in a week) and First Call had their sheet metal installers there literally the next day. Two gentlemen that were serious artists with their metal work - completely professional with every seam taped, caulked, sealed up. You name it, they made sure it was 100% quality install with no leaks or weak points. Within three days, they had run two stories worth of ductwork and worked with me on specific locations for vents and ducting, and then installed the furnace and AC unit. We now have a home that is super comfortable year round, highly efficient, warranted, and you'd never realize that we installed a state of the art HVAC system in a 100 year old farm house. I will definitely call First Call first next time... Their office staff are very quick to respond and are very kind, and every service person I've interacted with has been very professional. Honestly, this company has integrity. Based on their service and quality products, I probably won't have to call again until I have another house, but I'll probably call again just because they're all great people!
