I made and appointment with First Call for a noise that my furnace was making upon startup.They got a technician over at my earliest convenience for an inspection. Kevin was on time and respectful to my home and he was knowledgeable about the possible causes of the intermittent noise, with that said I was satisfied with the service and would recommend First Call for your heating and cooling needs.

My service technician's work performed was professional and friendly, they cleaned after work was done and ask if I had any questions before leaving. It's been three days since my new furnace and so far everything is working well, I do believe First Call has Compatible price if not better for the Brand of the furnace and warranty.

I left a message on voicemail yesterday concerned I might have a cracked heat exchanger. I received a call this morning saying they could have someone out around 2:30 same day. The tech came even earlier with proper notification from the office. I don’t make these calls often, so I can’t compare costs with other companies, but I’ve had First Call do a few tune ups over the last 5 or so years without complaint.

The tech was great and did a thorough check up. I lowered the convenience because for both the spring and fall check up I had to call to get scheduled. I would think I should be contacted. I also didn't rate the cost as average because it costs about $90 for each piece. I see flyers all the time for $75.

As usual, Andrew was right on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and highly professional . . . hire more people like Andrew!

Tyler did a great job with the tune up and explained everything he did and saw during the service.

Tyler explained issues I may have in the near future and gave me options on what I could do. I really like that he left the decision up to me.

Excellent and professional was the tech. Trying to get an appointment for the paid maintenance was difficult. I emailed 2x with no response. Finally had to call and got an appointment within a week. Should have received a call for the paid maintenance not wait until the middle of the season.

I had lined up a different company to look at my ACthat had performed a tune up on it a week prior. They were supposed robbery at my house about 9:30.m, but they weren't there and I never heard from that. They were almost an hour late the prior week, again with no communication. At 11:30, I called First Call. The person that answered told me all the techs were pretty booked but when I explained my situation, she asked me to hold so she could talk to her boss. She returned within a couple of minutes and told me that he was going to come immediately himself. They had survived a couple of my furnaces in the past. I don't know why I didn't call them right away for my AC, but they are now my go to for all my HVAC. I'm not sure what a price comparison would have been, but they are worth what I paid.

Our air-conditioner decided not to work on a 90 degree day, of all times. I called First Call Heating & Cooling. They said they could send someone the next day. Then she said, "wait a minute...let me call Joel. He's on another job, but maybe he will come after." Our prayers were answered because he came. We were so grateful because he didn't really have to. Within an hour and a half the air was working. Joel did a great job! I would recommend Quality Heating and Cooling in a heart beat.

Joel has been to our home for service calls a couple times now. He is great! Explains everything thoroughly and takes his time even when his day is really behind.

He was very patient in explaining the issue with the humidifier. He was also helpful in explaining the condition of central air.

My serviceman was very informative. He spoke in a languag I could understand. He relocated my thermostat and we discussed ways to vent the boiler, and maintenance for equipment. I was very happy with First Call heating and Air. Look forward to their service in the future.

These guys are absolutely outstanding. I called at 7:30 in the morning and they had someone all the way out to meet in Franklin Wisconsin by 9 o'clock. My furnace was beyond repair so they send someone back out the very same day to install a brand-new trane gas furnace for me. I can't speak highly enough of this company and would recommend them to anyone. Keep in mind that this was the day after Christmas.

I am in awe how quickly Joel came. We had a problem around the air conditioner as it was leaking all over the walls and rug. We thought it was a roof leak, maybe around a vent, as a new roof was just put on. The roofer came over and said it wasn't them it was our air conditioner. They even went into our crawl space in the attic saying he found the problem. A condensation line came undone. I did say...in the attic space ???...(what do I know). He said, "yes". So I called First Call the very next day and Joel promptly came out.I told him what the roofer said and he looked puzzled but said he would look.He checked the air-conditioner in the closet (we live in an upper condo unit). Nothing wrong there. He went up into the attic which is no easy task with the insulation going all over him. He looked for the break or departure of the so- called condensation line and found that nothing was apart. Joel was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend him. They have a new customer in me. Also, he did not try to sell me a new unit. He could have because what do I know.

Brian, Sales Rep, Chris and Rich, Installers, were very professional, timely and courteous . . . buying a new furnace and A/C system was not in my Top 10 List of things that I would like to do but, they made this matter alot easier to handle . . . the purchase price was very fair and more importantly, Chris and Rich did a great job with the installation of tje furnace and A/C system . . . they went above and beyond the call of duty!
